  Terrible. Our locker got broken into and they took no responsibility. Not only that but they noticed and failed to let us know. We had to find out by going to our locker and opening it to see the wall had been broken from the locker next to ours. All they did was put a lock on that locker and didn't ever give us notice. Still tried to send me a bill for the next month because I didn't email them notice even though I spoke with two people saying we were removing our stuff. Also at one point got charged a late fee because THEY didn't process my payment in time. The main lady in the office is AWFUL. Worst customer experience ever. Never rent a locker from these people. The cheap price is NOT worth it.
